Late Summer in Traditional Chinese Medicine is the season of the Earth element. It is a time of harvest and abundance; of grounding and balance in our yoga practice. This nourishing and rejuvenating retreat will start with our Yang vinyasa practice followed by a seasonal Yoga Nidra. After a short break we will practice a 5-element Qi Gong flow (the ancient basis for Tai Chi) to rebalance and reenergise our bodies. A nourish and delicious vegan lunch will be provided and in the afternoon we use grounding postures in a restorative Yin yoga practice and finish with a Sound Bath provided by the amazing Jill Harmony. The Lagg Hotel, situated in Kilmory at the southern end of Arran, will be the venue for this blissful day retreat. A traditional family-run hotel set within 11 acres of garden and woodland. A delicious vegan lunch will also be included prepared by the Lagg kitchen.
If you would like to come we recommend you book your ferry as soon as possible. You will need the 7am ferry from Ardrossan and return on the 18:00 sailing from Brodick Ferries get booked up fast so once you have booked your place on the retreat please book your ferry so you won't be disappointed. Similarly if you want to make a weekend of it at the wonderful Lagg Hotel make sure you book a room well in advance.
