Vinyasa flow (Level 1 and 2) yoga, Yin yoga classes: which include asana practice, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra; Qi Gong flow and Myofascial Release.

About Your Instructor
Kate is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance. After working as an instructor and trainer in the fitness industry since 1986, she trained in Dao Yoga (seasonal yoga based around Traditional Chinese Medicine 5-element theory) initially to gain her RYT-200 followed by an intensive advanced course in Vinyasa Yoga to gain her RYT-300. She has additionally completed training in Yin Yoga and is a Level 1 Teacher with the International Taijii & Qigong Federation. She now teaches Vinyasa, Yin and Qi Gong in workshops around the UK and in Australia and regular seasonal practices are available via recordings.
